Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent . (b) Applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Ultra Block 2K or approved equivalent . The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 60:40 (Powder : Liquid) parts by weight without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (c) Loosely lay 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 100mm wide overlap . (d) Laying slope making and protection to the waterproofing treatment with 30 mm avg. thick M20 grade screed for floors. Providing and applying 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 for wall plastering admixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturer's specifications

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with all plugs, washers, fittings and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of roof slab, chajja including picking sweeping cleaning and washing with water to remove dust including taking down of existing roof treatment and providing water proofing treatment under:- (a) Applying a coat of STAR PROOF MB-602 with help of brushes on the cleaned RCC slab/Chajja. (b) Laying a layer of fiber cloth on wet MB-602 coating and applying another cost of MB-602 (c) After drying of surface finaly applying a coat of STAR PROOF SP-600 of any colour as per manufacturers instruction.
