Providing and fixing andosied aluminium work for door window, ventilator and partitions with extrued built up standard tublurand other sections of approved make confirming of IS 733 and IS 1285 andosied transparent fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips with expansion hold fastners i/c necessary filling up of gaps at junctions all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 4.0mm (Four point zero millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 300x16mm (Three hundered into Sixteen millimetres) nominal size brass sliding door bolts ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etcetera complete, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 150mm (One hundred twenty five millimetre) Brass handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coated not less than grade AC10 as per IS : 1868) tansparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etcetra complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown in the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
