Flower Decoration

Decoration of the exhibition hall with flower/plant pots, motifs, flowers and other necessary materials as per design including supply of inauguration materials and good quality comments book and pen. The rate should include the cost of keeping an attendant during the exhibition period.

Installation and dismantling of mounted photographs

Installation and dismantling charges of the mounted photographs, write-ups and captions including carrying , cleaning costs of the 4’X 3’ display boards from Tollygunge Store to the exhibition venue to & fro.

Plasma TV

Hiring charges of one 42 inches LED TV with DVD including fixing, dismantling and operational charges during the period of exhibition.

DTP typing and printing including proof-reading of the typed matter in A-4 papers

Digital Printing

Digital colour printing in 18”X 12” paper (90 GSM)

Digital colour printing in 18”X 12” paper (300 GSM)

Electrification & Earthing

Temporary electrification for exhibition works including supply and installation of required capacity panel board, cables, copper wires of different sites as required including earthing . The work is to be executed as per specification of PWD (Electrical ) G.S. and the work is to be executed as per requirement of the above noted work.

Lighting The agency should provide LED PAR light (inside + outside ) with necessary controlling arrangement, Comptalux Lamp , metal lamp with gear box (400 watt )
