Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size and type and setting aside for reuse within 50 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arm such as MS channel /angle section etc and setting aside for re-use with in 50m , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type and size , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately) , complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective LT underground cable/ service wire any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, watt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective HT underground cable/ service wire any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, watt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in SOFT/LOOSE soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in SOFT/LOOSE soil for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and depth exceeding 1.5 meter and not exceeding 3 metre and getting out , complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in SOFT/LOOSE soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for Galvanised iron tubing light grade , 80 mm bore of tube, fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including all fittings, clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as speified and directed.( Note - Excavation to be paid separately in respective items)

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohms the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iv) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate.

All as per item ser item No 61 here in before but for connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel, including taking down old unsv existing earthing ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. By-Pass Option for both Sensor (NS-02) and VMS) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) S S Nut bolts, clamp for fixing on poles/wall are to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The sensor must have the warranty of minimum of 2 years (iii) The test certificate and warranty certificate must be provided by supplier. (iv) Cost of marking description on the box is included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves, made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown or green insulators,11000 volts grade of 150 mm dia ,150 mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of retro reflective sign board of size 600 x 750 sqmm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 30mm X 30mm X 3mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 750mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fastners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 150 mm dia for road crossing along with pole/culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 100 mm dia for road crossing along with pole/culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection in truly verticle position , steel tubular swaged poles 11.00 metre long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 metre above the coping of pole starting with black strip ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Any description of pole as directed by GE will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregateas coping of pole and strut , stay around pole etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles including necessary farm work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and fixing of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled red, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal white colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT line, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commission polymer lightening arrestor suitable for HT 11 KV expulsion type 65 KA 11 KV rating complete all as specified directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated triple switch( GODO) outdoor type , vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and wasters,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of Credit

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT

Notes:- (a) The items and quantities given under in the respective columns are provisional; however, the rates inserted for credit are firm. The recovery for the credit shall be made for the actual quantities ordered and retrieved from the demolition/dismantling /taking down under respective items of BOQ. Contractor shall be permitted to remove the materials indicated in this credit schedule only after affecting the recovery for the same from the RAR/Final bill asapplicable and after written permission is obtained by the contractor from the Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Tenderers are advised to visit the site to ascertain the worth value, prevailing conditions of the existing materials for which credit is to be afforded. No claim whatsoever on account of above shall however be entertained at any stage whether the contractor (s) inspected the site or not.

(c) The old materials obtained will not be allowed to be re-used in the work unless it is specifically mentioned in the description of relevant items of BOQ. All other serviceable/ salvage value materials obtained from the site other than those considered in this schedule shall be Govt. property and contrator’s quoted rates shall be deemed inclusive of removing such material to MES store yard of the Engineer-in-Charge, who will take such material on charge. In case of the dispute related to the interpretation of the provision with regard to the credit schedule, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding.
