Bids should be made with respect to 10 kg Bharat brand Wheat atta packs and include various cost elements. These elements encompass wheat lifting from allocated places, transportation of wheat up to mills, design and printing of packing material ensuring it meets the required FSSAI standards and regulations, conversion of wheat into atta (conversion ratio (OTR) should be 100%), packing of atta in 10 kg pack, transportation of packed atta, insurance coverage for the wheat and wheat atta during transit, distribution of converted flour/atta, sale of converted flour/atta in the open market to general consumer, the successful miller is responsible for conducting advertising, publicity, and promotional activities for Bharat Atta, other associated work/ activities, any other expenses as per the terms and conditions. All levies, duties and taxes including GST, works contract tax, local taxes, income tax, mandi tax and other taxes, if any. Other work mentioned in financial bid document.
