Erection of 11 KV Polimeric Pin Insulator including G.I Pin for 11 KV system with mechanical strength of 10 KN conforming to ISS:731/1971 with hot dip galvanized M.S forged 11 KV G.I pin alongwith galvanized hexagonal nuts, G.I flat washer and G.I spring washer conforming to ISS: 2486(P-II)/1974 etc. as required in complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection & commissioning of 100 KVA, 50 HZ, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV AC Distribution Transformer on Sub-Station Channel base at a height of 2440 mm (approx) above Ground Level with required connection by ACSR from 11 KV line to Transformer via GOS & DOF fastened straining screw, clamp, nuts & bolts as required as per Technical Specification.

Erection & commissioning of 63 KVA, 50 HZ, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV AC Distribution Transformer on Sub-Station Channel base at a height of 2440 mm (approx) above Ground Level with required connection by ACSR from 11 KV line to Transformer via GOS & DOF fastened straining screw, clamp, nuts & bolts as required as per Technical Specification.

Erection of 70 sq. mm PVC Cable i/c fitting fixing 100 ampere cut out on wooden plank making connection from Transformer LT side to overhead LT Line via fuse unit of unarmored PVC cable 1100-V grade conforming to ISS: 1554 (P-I) /1988 of the following sizes and the cables shall be properly crimped by bi-metallic lugs at contact areas as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Karai Wooden Plank 500X300X25 mm will be supplied by the Contractor)

Drawing of 3-phase service line by PVC insulated Aluminium conductor with GI Wire and Reel insulator i/c. fixing and commissioning of 3-phase Energy Meter & meter cut outs etc. as required.

Fabrication of cross arm by MS Channel/Angle as per Specification by Drill Machine.
