4.Self-declaration letter shall be uploaded by the tenderer stating that he has not been defaulted or blacklisted by any Central /state Govt. or public Sector undertaking of India

A.To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have achieved the following criteria in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 B.General background and experience of consultants

C.Relevant experience in similar nature of projects in Project Management Consultancy (Govt. Institutional works) of value not less than Rs. 9.00 crores in the past Five years signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/CEO of the organization. (Enclose work done certificate/Performance certificate) i.e FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25
