Taking down repairable/unserviceable security light/street light luminaires of any type complete with all accessories from the LT poles etc. For carrying out repairs by replacing the unserviceable spare parts when required cleaning/servicing of the fittings and refixing at its original or a new location on poles all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but from 11 metre height pole

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but post top lanterns/gate lights/garden/area lighting luminaires /glow sign boards etc of any type. Note for Ser item No. 1, 2 & 3:- Spares parts required for replacement will be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule as supply only.

Taking down existing CFL lamps complete 32/11 watt and supply and fixing of street light luminaires, sleek pressure cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, IP65 protection 15 watt.

Supply and fix energy efficient street light luminaire with single piece, non corrosive high pressure die cast aluminium housing with sponge silicone rubber gasket, epoxy powder coated finish, good aesthetics and with IP 66 ingress protection, prismatic polycarbonate diffuser and individual LEDs with secondary optics for uniform distribution of light, suitable for mounting on existing/new bracket with high power LED consuming 60 watt (including driver) incl all fixing arrangement and taking down the old unserviceable light fittings all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 80 watt, 230 VAC, pressure die cast with IP 66 protection, efficient high output emitter LED for better distribution all as directed.

Supply and fix decorative LED post top lantern with IP 65 protection with high power LED 20 watt (including driver) incl all fixing arrangement and taking down the old unserviceable post top lantern all as directed.

Supply and fix shock proof and rust proof pole mounted junction box of size 250x200x105mm for street lighting system complete with all accessories and including MCB SP 6 Amp, 100 Amp rated heavy duty connector, 4 terminals, pole clamp with nut bolts, cable gland with cable entry, suitable lugs, etc with necessary mounting arrangement in the junction box with pole all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex. Code No: GS-JB-2520 or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole, 11 mtr long and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) upto a height of 1 mtr from the ground level and two coats of aluminium paint over the remaining portion of pole including cross arms, bracing, clamps, etc. and numbering of pole with black paint over the base of white circle of 150mm dia completed for inspection all as specified and all as directed (as and when required for inspection purpose or maintenance).

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole, 9 mtr long and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) upto a height of 1 mtr from the ground level and two coats of aluminium paint over the remaining portion of pole including cross arms, bracing, clamps, etc and numbering of pole with black paint over the base of white circle of 150mm dia completed for inspection all as specified and as directed (as and when required for inspection purpose or maintenance)

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of feeder piller and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality).

Supply and fix astronomical timer switch for time control, suitable for silchar zone working on 230 Volts AC, 50 Hz supply all as specified and directed

Supply and lay Cable or fixed to wall/floors XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable heavy duty with stranded alluminium conductors,1100 volt grade, 25 Sq mm, 3.5 Core all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in trenches including Spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point all as specified.

Material and labour for bricks sub-class 'B' laid in trenches for cable protection all as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour GI tube light grade 40 mm for protection of UG cable including dismantling complete all as specified and directed Including dismantling of old unserviceable pipe all as specified.
