Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in fdn concrete, filling and mass concrete for manholes etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in Beams and alike, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of concrete footing, base of columns, plinth beams and similar work for vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of beams, bands and the like for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of rectangular columns for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item here-in-before, but but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for filling of earth including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 30cm thick, not exceeding 1.5 Metre high from base, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Hard-core of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel rag or lewis nut and bolts, 20mm sized neck screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30 cm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete/stone masonary surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick, first quality, as on skirting, dados, walls etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of garden bench fabrication of two cast-iron legs and connected with MS pre-fabricated planks for back rest & seat; both will be tighten with SS-304-nut –bolts size (1525mm x 536mm) all parts painted in 4 layer coating (Coating thickness-120 to 150 micron) in which first layer with epoxy primer (to prevent corrosion), second layer with epoxy base colour, than third layer polyurethane (PU) metallic paint (Gold/Green/Copper/Silver) & final layer of polyurethane (PU) lacquer (to prevent ultra-violets ray), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Fabrication and Painting of 100% detachable Victorian Style Decorative ornamental Cast Iron Gazebo by ISO Certified Company. Overall size of Gazebo should be 4600mm x 4600mm in Square Shape & total height is 3970mm. The roof should be in square shape 5220mm x 5220mm. Special cut pattern roofing like slate or wooden shakes. Multilayer roofing shingles made of Bitumen shingles should be resistant to harmful environmental impacts, decay, corrosion, fire damage. These shingles manufactured on a base of APP modified bitumen compound fixed with torch-on application. Roof should be fix on decorative ornamental Combo Cast Iron Pole of height 2660mm & MS pipe on top of pole to support roof structure. Thickness of all cast iron part must be 10-12mm. For fixing of Top Grill & Support Corner Grill on Pole, Pole must have M.S Pipe. Cast iron support corner grill-quantity 08 Nos. Customize combo Bottom Railing Quantity - 11 Nos. Specification – 1340mm X 690mm, Fabricated with D type MS pipe for handrail. Nut Bolt for connecting all these parts should be of SS 304 grade. Welding process shall be done by Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding process using Carbon Dioxide (CO2) gas. Colour specification & finishing process must follow as per the ISI standard. All parts must be clean by SHOT blasting process. Further parts are painted in 4 layer coating (Coating thickness-125 to 150 micron) in which first layer with epoxy primer (to prevent corrosion), second layer with epoxy base colour, than third layer polyurethane (PU) metallic paint (Gold / Green / Copper / Silver) & final layer of polyurethane (PU) lacquer (to prevent ultra-violets ray). (Material Specifications):-All this above cast iron components must be of FG-150 grade as per IS-210 (2009) standard, Hardness must being range between 130 BHN to 180 BHN. Cast iron must have Chemical composition of Carbon -3.0% to 4.0% Silicon- 1.0% to 2.0%, magnesium -0.5% to 0.7%, sulphur -0.02% to 0.04% & phosphorous-0.07% to 0.09%.

Material & Labour for provide machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing, cement concrete in Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm aggregate) end side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
