Supply & Fixing Fabrication and Painting of 100% detachable Victorian Style Decorative ornamental Cast Iron Gazebo by ISO Certified Company. Overall size of Gazebo should be 4600mm x 4600mm in Square Shape & total height is 3970mm. The roof should be in square shape 5220mm x 5220mm. Special cut pattern roofing like slate or wooden shakes. Multilayer roofing shingles made of Bitumen shingles should be resistant to harmful environmental impacts, decay, corrosion, fire damage. These shingles manufactured on a base of APP modified bitumen compound fixed with torch-on application. Roof should be fix on decorative ornamental Combo Cast Iron Pole of height 2660mm & MS pipe on top of pole to support roof structure. Thickness of all cast iron part must be 10-12mm. For fixing of Top Grill & Support Corner Grill on Pole, Pole must have M.S Pipe. Cast iron support corner grill-quantity 08 Nos. Customize combo Bottom Railing Quantity - 11 Nos. Specification – 1340mm X 690mm, Fabricated with D type MS pipe for handrail. Nut Bolt for connecting all these parts should be of SS 304 grade. Welding process shall be done by Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding process using Carbon Dioxide (CO2) gas. Colour specification & finishing process must follow as per the ISI standard. All parts must be clean by SHOT blasting process. Further parts are painted in 4 layer coating (Coating thickness-125 to 150 micron) in which first layer with epoxy primer (to prevent corrosion), second layer with epoxy base colour, than third layer polyurethane (PU) metallic paint (Gold / Green / Copper / Silver) & final layer of polyurethane (PU) lacquer (to prevent ultra-violets ray). (Material Specifications):-All this above cast iron components must be of FG-150 grade as per IS-210 (2009) standard, Hardness must being range between 130 BHN to 180 BHN. Cast iron must have Chemical composition of Carbon -3.0% to 4.0% Silicon- 1.0% to 2.0%, magnesium -0.5% to 0.7%, sulphur -0.02% to 0.04% & phosphorous-0.07% to 0.09%.
