1 Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of

approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on wall surface

to give an even shade over and & including a priming coat of alkali

resistance primer of approved brand after throughly brushing the

surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface

free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also

including preparing the surface even and smooth.

2 Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted

wood & wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even

shade & surface incl. cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign

steel and other metal surface with synthetic enemal paint, burshing

to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust

and other foreign matters.

4 Providing & applying two coats of weather shield max paint (3

coats may be required in case of darker colours.)of ICI Dulux or

Apex Ultima of Asian Paint including applying exterior acrylic

primer coat as per manufacturers specification and directions in

shade and colour approved by architects, on exterior surfaces of the

building including scaffolding, preparing the surface, watering,

curing etc. complete and as directed by the architects and

manufacturers.

Surface Preparation :

surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk,

grease, fungi, algae and flaking paint. This can be achieved by 65000.00 82.00 S.M.

brushing with a wire/ stiff coir brush, followed by water jetting if

required. Fill up all minor cracks and defects with white cement

and sand mixture in the ratio 1:3. For application on previously

painted wall, previous coatings of paint must be thoroughly scraped

off and Clean the surface thoroughly using wire brushes.

Apply a liberal coat of exterior acrylic primer and allow it to dry for

4-5 hours. Application of putty is not recommended. Minimum 4-6

hours duration is required between each coat of weather shield max

5 White Washing with lime on wall surface to give an even shade &

surface incl. throughly brooming the surface to remove dirt, dust

mortar drops & losse scales of lime wash & other foreign matter

9 Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other

metal surface with synthetic enemal paint, burshing to give an even

10 Applying Priming coat over new wood & wood surface after &

incl. preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt &

other foreign matter sand papering & knetting Really mixed paint

brushing priming for enamel.

11 Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on New wood & wood

based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade & surface 100.00 88.48 S.M.

incl. cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter.

12 Painting two coats of enamel paint (Excluding priming coat) over

previously painted wall after removing entire surface with even

shade & surface after removing dirt, dust foreign matter etc.

13 Providing and applying Epoxy paint of approved make to concrete

surface for RCC ESR (inside the container) or any other structure

including clearing the surface by scrapping and air blowers to the

/ dia. of rope and of suitable nylon quality which can withstand any

and external periphery of ESR with necessary sufficient supporting

18 Taking photographs of work in progress and submit with each RA

bill. Photographs shall cover details of locations of the activity of

Album in a set comprising 2 (two) copies (size of photograph is 4"

x 6") and a soft copy of the same. Work shall be carried out as per

the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge

19 Cutting out cracks of wall or terrace to V section ,cleaningout,

grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand ). at 0 65.23 RMT

20 Crack Repairs:-Crack filling using fiber reinforced polymer

modified mortar after openning crack in "V" grove, Making

Surface dust free, with a bond coat of polymer as per the data sheet

for crack repairing cracks less than 8mm.

21 Scaffolding:-Providing, erecting and Dismantelling safe H frame

and/or Pipe scaffodling including working platform for external

area of Bridge Pier to facilitate all work setc. completed.

Measurement for payment shall be considred as per Detail

specification. (Height range from 2 to 7 mt approx.. or as per site

condition)

22 Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with

compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy 0.00 S.M. 775.68

complete as per Technical specification.

23 Providing and applying outer coating of approved brand non toxic

anticorrosive Epoxy paint with Zinc rich primer of approved make

as specified in specification with 250 to 325 micron thickness as

directed by the engineer in charge.

24 Providing and applying 10 mm th.Cement plaster in single coat on

brick/concrete walls similar surface for plastering & finished even

and smooth with a floating coat of neat cement slurry mixed with 0.00 S.M. 189.79

admixture of lime or neeru in required proportion etc. complete

Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)
