Past experience in Digital Arts /Creative Technology Skill Development Projects, One Project (10 Marks), Two projects (15 Marks), Three projects and above (20 marks)

Organizational Experience & Capability - Experience in establishing domain-specific labs in Digital Arts, Creative Technology, Media, or Skill Development (5 marks), Prior work with Higher educational institutions (5 marks), Organizational strength, team structure, and operational capability (5 marks)

Number of Students Trained through Offline Mode (Minimum Course Duration of 40 hours or more) in last 5 years - 1 to 000 (5 marks), 1001 to 5000 (10 marks), 5001 and above (15 marks).

Total number of placement agreement /LoIs with Companies/Corporates - 1-5 (3 marks), 6-10 (5 marks), 11 and above (10 marks).

Approach, Implementation Methodology & Project Plan - Understanding of Scope of Work Terms of Reference, Project concept and overall execution approach, Clarity of the implementation roadmap, defined timelines, and deployment strategy across multiple fine arts colleges and Risk mitigation strategy, issue handling, and post-deployment support plan.

Academic Integration, Training & Sustainability - Curriculum development aligned with fine arts education, Faculty training modules and Train-the-Trainer plan, Student training plan, workshops, and skill development activities and Sustainability plan including fund mobilization (cash/in-kind) from self or other sources.
