Erecting stage scaffolding (24' x 8') for height of 30 ft from G.L using coir strain bamboos and wodden planks for dismantling the chain pulley block accessories weighing a ton of weight.

Adoption of precautionary measure so that working pumping unit underneath and around the stage scaffolding and all serviceable accident of the working men while dismantling and refitting of the component parts from a ht. of 30 ft.

Dismantling of the 10 ton, 5 ton, 3 ton and 2 ton capacity chain pulley with gear trolley including load chain, lifting hook, hand chain etc at ground floor.

Dismantling all the spare parts of the traveling crane (eg- wheel, axles, gears, pension etc.) for detecting any fault & thorough checking as per direction of EIC.

Washing, cleaning all the spare parts with kerosene oil or diesel.

Through repairing and overhauling of the chain pulley block and gear trolley by necessary replacement of damage and broken spare parts (eg- load sprocket, worm shaft load wheel with pin, lifting wheel, chain guard, bearing with locking arrangement) as per direction of EIC.

Replacement of operating hand chain and lifting chain.

Through checking, cleaning & overhauling of main carriage, rail, gantry gudder etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Re-assembling, fitting and fixing of all the repaired and newly manufactured parts as per main carriage of the travelling crane one by one in its proper position such that the crane working properly.

Fitting, fixing of the gear trolley with chain pulley block with the main carriage and fixing of the load chain in position with trail run.

Load test from Govt. approved agency in present of EIC and certificate to be submitted.

Painting the CP block, gantry, trolley & other steel structure after scrapping removing the old paints with two coats of synthetic enamel paints all complete.

Transportation charges with loading & unloading.
