Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Square Metre and not exceeding 2 Square Metre each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F 35 mm thick IInd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

M&L 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing of new untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved shade) over a coat of pink primer all as specified.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete & making good the floors/walls in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 to match the existing floors/walls.

S&F in repair for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty, fixed in repairs, with & including replacement of floor tiles if any broken during repair work and making good disturbed surfaces matching to the existing surfaces complete all as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs brass mortice lock, vertical type, size 100mm, 4 Levers with escutcheon plates & two keys fixed in aluminium frame complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully anodized aluminium/NCL/Bombay Slinding doors/windows/ventilators frame including glazed shutters & builder’s hardware complete of any size and any description and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable components / hardware to make it fully functional complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & fixing of new joining cleats, aluminium beadings, glazing clips, rubbers packing,slinding rollers, stays including cutting of old styles etc & adjusting the same appropriately as directed. (ii) New aluminium sections for frame/shutters, builder’s hardware such as handles, hinges, door closure, floor door spring shall be measured & paid for separately. (iii) New Glazing shall be measured and paid separately but payment supply only items (iv) Loose corner joints of frame & shutters shall be tightened by providing suitable cleats made out of aluminium angle of appropriate size fixed with nut & bolts to make the joints at 90º.

Repairs to Steel window/ventilator any type & any size by taking down Shutter, replacing defective hinge,handle & locking arrangement including necessary welding (if any) and resecuring fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed

Resecuring or easing & adjusting, without taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each all as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thicknes, including plastering , existing tretement and cleaning (whether full thickness removed or only or part there of) etc in all respect and preparing it for further treatment and taking out and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L screed laid 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in roof over green concrete surface finished even and smooth using Lequid WPC complete all as specified. Note :-Lequid WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for providing cement concrete in type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to (consolidated thickness 65mm or less) as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over compatible bitumen primer @0 .30 liters per sqm and bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm with help of torching with a proplyne or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75mm at side and 100mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of bitumen primer & bitumen 85/25 applied hot all as per manufacturer instructuions. For parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and measurement will be done for horizontal surfaces) including applying a coat of heat repallant bitumen aluminium paint @ 0 .1 liter per Sqm on topof treated surface of roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified& directed.

M & L brick work sub class 'B' bricks (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work sub class 'B' bricks , (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone wall surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound ( water proof compound paid seperatly) all as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked). Make : Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW) or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand compelete all as specified and directed

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick heavy duty, exterior grade parking tiles ( durastone of somany/Endura of jhonson or equivalent as approved by GE) of area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cement concrete (un-reinforced) kerb stone and the like of any description of and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.
