Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 10 mm dia and over, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed. Note: Cost of cutting to length, bent to shape rquired & binding with MS wire is included in above rate.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts dia of Neck 5mm to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including door /gate , frame ,trusses compete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate , rails braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or slinding with and including either hooks hinges and rollers for slinding gates, guide rail of MS flat and framing required for fixing of rollers, pintle hinges, locking arrangement as required and hanging also fastening and fixing complete using Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) quality 'A' compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position completed all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 Complete all as specified

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,any type completed all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type completed all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.incl provission of binding wire completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring the old Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed including making good stable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring the old chain link fencing including making good stable etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Punched tape concertina coil any dia or any other coil size of any type of standards,rails etc including provision of mild steel(annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old column from sub base PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) panels of cross section of panel (300X45 mm) reinforced with 4 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid) , including all mouldings complete and design /pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Demolition/Chipping carefully loose/distressed portions of reinforced cement concrete to a depth or thickness varying from 10 mm to 100mm (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) work by means of sharp chisel, low impact hamer without damaging existing strong concrete upto the suitabale depth of unsound concrete in beams, roofs, chajjas, columns, staircase, landing, parapets, soffits of slabs and similar suspended work etc incl disposal of broken material/malba to the distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Removal of damaged concrete and surface preparation: M&L for Surface preparation including removal of all loose particles, plaster, tiles, laitance, dust, curing compounds, floors hardeners, oil, grease, fat, bitumen and paint, other fixtures etc. Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete including loose damaged concrete from RCC lintel bend, Column up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement only at affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped / damaged) by chipping / hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like light weight chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge and removal and disposal of debris at designated location within plant premises including labour, tools, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engg.in charge. Depth of chipping may vary upto 100 mm. Cleaning of rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using high pressure water jetting etc. complete. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Reinforcement Rust Removal & Corrosion Protection: M&L for Cleaning as directed & specified all corrosion / rust / scales from reinforcement bars using rust remover ShaliRust Off from STP Ltd or Equivqlent leaving to dry for 30 mins & washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified also providing & applying inhibtion coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Two component inhibitor coating ShaliPrime Zn primer of STP Ltd or equivqlent. make as approved by engineer shall be used as per manufacturers specification in two coats including all labour tools tackles, necesary surface preparation complete all as specified and directed (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Additional Reinforcement: M&L for cutting, fabricating new reinforcement for providing additional steel reinforcement to compensate corroded reinforcement in existing member etc. and fixing with old existing reinforcement which was reduced by 20% or more of its original diameter as required as provided in original structure and additional steels as directed by EIC as required welding or tying with 16 gauge annealed binding wire complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Epoxy bond coat on old concrete: M&L for Providing and applying one bond coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat ShaliBond Concrete of STP Ltd. in one full coat. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate is inclusive of the meterials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Shuttering: Providing & fixing and removing leak proof Shuttering of Plywood Or Steel for micro concrete /RCC work at all levels with necessary supporting system to keep the shuttering in position during pouring of Microconcrete. Rate includes all material, labour for fixing, removing and keeping in position till the setting of Micro concrete and removing the shuttering. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Microconcrete Reinstatement and jacketting for lintel / Columns/Beams/Facia /Chajjas/ Roof Projections: Providing and laying of special repair material micro-concrete, for jacketing of Columns using single component, shrinkage compensated, high strength, high flow cementitious micro-concrete having compressive strength minimum of 50 N/mm2 at 28 days such as ShaliFix MC of STP Ltd or equivalent, blended with washed saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded aggregates of size 3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight of micro concrete (if thickness is 100mm or more) and water as per data sheet and pouring into the shuttering by hopper type form work using suitable arrangement for uniform flow of Microconcrete. The side shuttering can be removed after Minimum of 24 hours, preferably 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates. (iii) Shuttering, steel reinforcement shall be paid in other relevant items measured and paid saperately in respective items

External Cement plaster: Providing and applying 15mm thick plaster using CM (1:3) for 1st coat and (1:2) for second coat including waterproofing admixture such as ShaliPlast IW of STP Ltd or equivalent @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement etc. complete. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Protective coatings for Enviornmentally exposed external surfaces: Providing and applying an elastomeric membrane forming system with anti-carbonation and breathing properties, the system, ShaliKote AC WB with Primer, of STP Ltd or equivalent, based on water based acrylic/acrylate polymers. The system consists of one coat primer (ShaliPrime AC WB) over prepared surface and polymer coating (ShaliKote AC WB) to give film thickness of 200 – 225 microns for two coats depending on method of application and smoothness of concrete surface. Surface Preparation should include grinding or wire brushing and removal of all loose particles, dust, oil and other contaminants. For smooth surface finishes, final preparation should include filling of all bugholes / uneven surfaces in the concrete, using suitable putty or equivalent. Polymer coating should be in suitable approved shades, including suitable surface preparation as described above, cost of materials and labour for applying the above coating, etc. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Providing and laying 75mm thick for precast SFRC drain cover without frame but including complete sides iron sheets (medium ) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard minimum load bearing capacity 3 to 4 ton /Sqm in circular , square or rectangular shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All Reinforcement and iron sheet including formwork,concrete complete the rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Providing and laying 50mm thick for precast SFRC drain cover without frame but including complete sides iron sheets (medium ) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard minimum load bearing capacity 3 to 4 ton /Sqm in circular , square or rectangular shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All Reinforcement and iron sheet including formwork,concrete complete the rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) RCC lintel/Column/ beam/ Slabs/walls /floors/ roofs, landings,chajjas/shelves/ balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for TMT bars for main bar and stirrups,binders, spacers bar 8mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry or PCC coping built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified & directed.

S&F anodized aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m,with power coating (minimum thickness 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos), suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified & as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B.
