Providing and applying 2 coats of Anti-corrosive, chemically resistant coal tar extended epoxy coating system for below & above waterline application (Normal Wet & Underwater Application) (EPCO-2020-TX) having an adhesion of minimum 3.0 N/mm2 (ASTM-D-4541) and a DFT of 300-350 microns in 2 coats and having excellent chemical resistance against acids, alkalies and salts etc., including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning the substrate to remove the dust, hardened cement slurry, Oily residues, grease, etc. by scrubbing with coarse wire brushes /grinding / sweep blasting methods such as sand / shot/ grit blasting with Class A / B as per requirements. Incl. cost of transport etc. as per direction of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent.

Painting with two or more coats of aluminium paint of approved brand on steel surface conforming to IS 2339 : 1963 to give a DFT of 25 +/- 5 Microns per coat including preparing the surface by cleaning using solvents, wire brushes, cloth, broom etc. and applying a primer coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand, including costs of transports etc. as per direction of EIC.
