We engage to supply the Western Railway with the articles specified above upon the terms of the Indian Railway Standard Conditions of Contract (latest revision) and upon the terms of the Revised Special Conditions and Instructions for the Guidance of the Contracts issued by the Western Railway S/137/F Revised May 2011 Amendment No. 12 of August 2018

Bidder Must submit the Document specifying technical specifications along with Instrument Catalogue along with Make/Model details, otherwise offers will be summarily rejected.

Procurement will be made from only original manufacturers or their authorized dealers with valid tender specific authorization. Manufacturers / Authorized dealers to submit documents in support of their claim. Any authorized dealer quoting must enclose tender specific authorization from their manufacturer failing which their offers will be summarily rejected

1) Tenderer must have supplied the same/similar items to any unit of Indian Railways and documentary evidence must be furnished along with their offer evidencing the contract as well as execution of such POs/Contracts. 2) Certificates, from any unit of Indian Railways to whom such machines have been supplied in the past, regarding satisfactory performance of the machines should also be enclosed along with offer. Only the firms who have supplied the subject item or similar item & submit satisfactory performance report will be considered for ordering. Bidders have to enclose performance certificate/Receipt Note/ Inspection Certificate/Acceptance copy issued by Railways for supply of above item/ Similar one in IR, else offer will not be considered.

The Vendors are advised to fill "Compliance to special tender condition / Checklist" with each offer by specifically stating "yes" or "No" against each special condition / Checklist and in case of a "No" must fill reason for not agreeing with that special condition / Checklist in the remark entry box as provided therein.

MARKING : Manufacturer to mark his name and date of manufacture as per drawing, wherever indicted, or at a location where it may not get obliterated in service on the item being supplied by them against the purchase order. Supplies received without this are liable to be rejected by consignee
