Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All other conditions as per tender documents annexed

University reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tenders without assigning any reasons thereto

The bidder shall have experience in running of Hotel / Canteen / Cafeteria / catering service in City limits.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall have valid Shop / trade (Hotel) license

Others -- The bidder shall have valid Shop / trade (Hotel) license

The bidder shall provide information on Managerial staff, chefs, captains, supporting staff.

Others -- staff strenth of the organization

Financial Status

The bidder shall have an average turn over of Rs. 25.00 Lakhs from last three years.

The bidder shall have valid FSSAI license

The bidder shall be presently running Hotel / Canteen / Cafeteria. Proof of present status shall be provided
