(Note : 1. The cleaning of the bar shall be done such that no rust shall be present after removal of rust from the bar. 2. Removal of concrete which is defective shall be right round the bar, which is going behind the thickness shall be included)

S&F and placing in position of new TMT bars of any dia by welding or inserting by drilling holes and embeded in epoxy grout bonding agent of hilti or equivalent for all existing reinforcement repair works in any position wherever necessary complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The lap provided shall be 15 cm on either side of bar which has lost its sectional area.

M&L for exposing the existing reinforcement bars fully in the repair area and remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits using Dr. Fixit Rust Remover or equivqlent and applying protective zinc primer using Fosroc Nitoprime Zincrich or Dr. Fixit Zinc primer or equivalent on bars of dry thickness 40 micron (wet thickness 130 micron) with approx coverage of 7.40 Sqm/litre before concreting complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fof slurry tight formwork which shall not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete shall be fabricated and erected in position. Provision shall be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring in the micro concrete in the formwork. The form work shall be coated with Nafuplan UST liquid for steel surfaces, Nafuplan-K for wooden surfaces or Fosroc Reebol mould releasing agent or equivalent releasing agent prior to final fixing in position as per manufacturers instruction. Proper supporting arrangements to be made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for stocking sufficient quantity of micro concrete material comprising 10 mm down graded aggregate chips, pouring in a continuous operation with a grout/ concrete mixer of low speed heavy duty dram fitted with suitable paddle shall be kept ready and chips slowly mixed in the dram throughly in a forced action. The mixed materials shall be placed immediately in to the position formwork continuously without any time gap complete for an average thickness of 40 - 50 mm including finishing the exposed surface to an even and smooth surface completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge. (The micro concrete shall be Shikacrete-114 AE or Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete or equivalent of Manufactured by Fosroc or Bouchemie).

Taking down of Exhaust Fan of size 300 mm of any make & capacity from any height and removing from frame and refixing the same including removing unserviceable grease, bearings, bushes, split pin, nuts and bolts and cleaning with petrol/kerosene apply new grease and reassembling complete including replacement of wornout spares with new like split pin, nut & bolts and material and labour for painting to exhaust fan complete body, blade assembly,frame etc of 300 mm sweep /make/model with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray machine similar to match with existing colour after preparation of surfaces with black paint complete and refixing the same to its original position and proper electric connection to be made and all as specified and directed. Make of paint:-Asian/Berger/ Nerolac (Note:-Painting work to be carried out after dismantling of exhaust fan)

Taking down of Electric Meter of any make & capacity from any height and removing from frame and refixing the same including removing unserviceable , nuts and bolts and cleaning and reassembling complete including replacement of wornout spares and refixing the same to its original position and proper electric connection to be made and all as directed.

Cutting the existing surface wall of brick/stone masonary and making square hole at any height suitable for fixing 230 to 300mm sweep exhaust fan including providing nut,bolt and washers after grouting with PCC including 3 mm dia 5cm apreature MS jali proper wooden frame to avoid trasparsing insects from out side and making good the disturbed surface area with cement and putty match with existing colour shade complete all as directed.

Supply & fix Fresh Air Fan 250 mm sweep made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter , 1200 rpm, copper winding, 240Volts,AC,50Hz as approved colour and connecting of electrical connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED security light fitting of capacity 35 Watt LED street light fitting in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover with IP65 protection with inbuilt surge protector and cable connection from looping box to light fitting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI bracket pipe of size 25 mm dia medium grade of 1.2 mtr long bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of GI pipe bracket suitable for fixing of any type street light fitting and shall be fixed on PCC & Steel poles/on wall surfaces and including suitable fabricate MS flat iron clamps of 30X6 mm thick -02 Nos suitable for fixing any place of poles with nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.
