Rehabilitation of squatters from Kathputli Colony, Shadipur, Pandav Naga

Lifting out of the existing submersible pump set from the existing bore well i/c dismantling the pipe line and pump set &submersible cable with the help of tri post block etc. as required. (About 30 length in bore well 3 mtr. each in bore well).

Lowering the submersible pump set after repairing the pump set in the existing bore well i/c making of connection of pump set and pipe line providing with rubber packing & nut bolts, making of water proof joint of submersible cable, testing commissioning etc. as required (About 30 length in bore well 3 mtr. each bore well).

Repairing and rewinding of 4 /5 HP submersible motor i/c replacement/ repairing of Thurst plate, Thrust Bearing, Bearing Bush, Rotor remetaling, turning &balancing and Coupling Sleeve with key reassembling, testing i/c cartage to & fro etc. as required.

Repairing of submersiblepump 4 HP 30 stage/ 5HP 32 stage/ 5HP 40 stage including replacement of Impeller, Difffuser, upper sleeve/bush, Suction guard, shaft dismantling, turning, balancing and reassembling testing etc. complete as required at every 3 mtr.

Supply of 40mm dia G.I. pipe 3 mtr in length alongwith suitable G.I. flange (min. thickness 8mm) duly threaded /welded on both sides i/c suitable holes for 10mm dia bolts and suitable cutting for crossing of submersible cable & rebate for dismantle materialetc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 HP (3.70 kW), 415 V, 50 Hz, submersible pump set having 25 stages,discharge range (70 - 250) LPM & head range (83 - 150)mtr. including necessary accessories, fittings, cable connections, and all materials and labour required complete as required, i/c rebate on existing sub. pump set.

Supplying and fixing of air break DOL motor control panel with single phasing preventer (Auto/Bypass switch type SMC-3 TP), relay range 6-10 amp. suitable for 5 HP pump set, including testing and commissioning, complete as required.

Supplying & fixing PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor submersible flat cable ISI Marked in existing metal/HDPE / PVC/ pipe/ in bore well/ in sump including fixing the cable to GI/HDPE pipe with suitable cable tags of followingsizes etc. as required.(A) 3 Core 4 Sq mm Flat Cable (DSR20.28.2 3)
