Earth work in excavation for all type of bridge structure in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORT&H technical specification section 300 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting, pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete for all type of structure complete in grade M-10 (M-ten) with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size with cement contents not less then 230 kg (Two hundred thirty Kilogram) per cubic meter and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days including the cost of form work in open foundation including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete in all heights/depths complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 (M- thirty) using cement contents not less than 407 Kg (Four hundred seven Kilogram) per cubic metre in abutment, bed block and dirt wall etcetra and curing complete including form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all heights / depths as per drawing and MORT&H technical specifications section 1500, 1700, 2200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M- fifteen) designed mix with cement contents not less than 275 Kg. (Two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 ( fourteen) days including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in all type of structure as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar Fe-500 D reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all height and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & MORTH technical specification Clause 710.1.4. of IRC :78 and section 2200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 100mm (One hundred millimetre) diametre AC pipe weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) [one vertical and twenty horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 2700 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (One hundred millimetre) dia galvanized mild steel down pipe corrossion resistant structural steel grating complete as per Drawings and MORTH Technical Specifications section 2700 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty milimetre) thick Mastic asphalt wearing course on top of slab using paving grade bitumen VG-30 (VG-thirty) meeting the requirments given in table 500-29, including roughening of surface with wire brush, cleaning the surface, applying a thin bitumenios tack coat of VG-30 (VG-Thirty) grade bitumen at the rate of 0.325 kg (zero decimal three two five kilogram) per square metre. After applying tack coat fixing chicken mesh reinforcement of 1.50 mm (one decimal five zero millimetre) dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular opening of 20-25 mm (twenty to twenty five millimetre) before pouring mastic asphalt prepared using mastic cooker for heating coarse aggregate, filler and bitumen as per section 500 of MoRTH specification laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with a layer of hard stone aggregate 13.2 mm (Thirteen decimal two millimetre) of 9.5 mm (nine decimal five millimetre) nominal size as per direction of Enginner-in-charge precoated with VG-30 (VG-thirty) grade bitumen applied at the rate of 0.005 cum (Zero decimal zero zero five cubic meter) per 10 sqm (ten square metre) and rolled or pressed in to surface at approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) center to center in both directions, when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg. C (one hundred degree celcius) protruding 1 mm (one millimetre) to 4 mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per section 500 including carriage of material with in all laeds, lifts and other incidentals.
