DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of RCC posts or struts any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, AZ-150 fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing AC sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/terrazo floor in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level including tiles stone flooring etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed.
