Removal of existing old PPG lining including FRP exposing base surface, raking out joints and cleaning the surface including disposal of removed material to the dumping area within 2 KM lead and all lift etc complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of existing Acid proof brick lining including cleaning the surface, disposal of dismantled material to the departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc including stacking of serviceable material separately complete as per the the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing P.C.C. work of any grade manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of demolished material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc complete as per the specifications and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing & Laying Cement concrete flooring cum levelling course including pedestals construction work wherever required with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) using 20 mm stone aggregate to required line, level and slope, compaction, including cement slurry, curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, mixing and applying Epoxy Bonding adhesive of Dr. fixit/Fosroc/Sika make having coverage @ 2.2 kg/sqm or as per manufacturer's specifications of surface area by chipping the portion of Plaster/RCC at all level complete as per the manufacturer specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing, mixing and applying Modified Cement mortar of average 12mm thickness in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with SBR polymer of Dr. fixit/Fosroc/Sika make mixed in specified proportion at all level & surface complete as per the manufacturer specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. Measurement and payment: Any variation in thickness above than 12 mm will be paid by converting volume into equivalent surface area. The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument). 2. Cement mortar of average thickness more than 12 mm shall be carried out in successive layers and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for providing & laying FRP lining work carried out by laying four chopped strand mat and two surface mat laminated with vinyl ester resin to achieve overall thickness of 4 mm on concrete/steel structures including complete cleaning of existing surface to remove existing oil, dust, grease at all height etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying Acid Resistant Tile on floor, wall, sump, drain surface etc. prepared by wire mesh on etc. with acid and alkali resistant brick of size 300x300x20 mm confirming to IS: 4457-2007 or latest laid by providing one coat of bitumen primer as per IS 3384-1965 or latest, laying 6-8 mm thick layer of Furane mortar as per IS 4443-1980 or latest over the primer , laying acid and Alkali proof tile and furane based pointing to the joints along with acid curing, complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers recommendations and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
