HANDLING OF ASH DURING SEASON FOR 110 TPH BOILER

PART-A-SUGAULI-Handling of Ash as per attached tender document:

Handling of Ash for 110 TPH Boiler & 3500 TCD Sugar Plant at SUGAULI. Job includes a) Cleaning/poking of Bagasse Screw Feeders, Drum Feeders and related Chutes, all related hoppers and breaking hips inside the Boiler’s Furnace in the running condition of the Boiler with all safety precautions. b) Inspection and cleaning of Air Preheater compartment and related jammed /chocked tubes: cleaning of SCAPH, all hoppers etc. at the time of stoppage of the Boiler. c) Housekeeping, accumulating spread Ash in and around Boiler/ cogen plant, and shifting the same. d) Any other job related with Ash handling inside the plant as directed by Shift-in-charge. e) Work will have to be carried out in 3 shifts (Round O’clock) for entire week of 7 days including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Shifting of Ash for 110 TPH Boiler operations at HBL’s 3500 TCD Sugar Plant at SUGAULI. Job includes a) Collecting boiler ash from ash discharge silo and shifting it to a bio compost yard or designated place outside/inside the premises within around 1.5 km distance by during operation of boiler. b) Providing adequate tractors-trollies including diesel, lubricants required for operation with trained drivers and required labors on tractors and trollies. c) Accumulating spilled over Ash in and around plant, and shifting the same at designated place, as required. Spraying water over ash to avoid flying. Spillages shall be strictly avoided. d) Cutting of firewood to the required size for the Boiler light up. e) Work will have to be carried out in 3 shifts (Round O’clock) for entire week of 7 days including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Operations will be in 3 shifts (Round O’clock) for entire week of 7 days including Sunday and Holidays. Contractor shall quote Lump sum on Per day basis., Providing adequate tractors-trollies including diesel, lubricants required for operation with trained drivers and required labors on tractors and trollies. Contractor may have to increase the numbers/resources if found inadequate at any point of time without any extra cost. Payment will be made on job basis as indicated above. Supervisor will not be counted as labour.

PART-B-LAURIYA- Handling of Ash as per attached tender document:

Handling of Ash for 110 TPH Boiler & 3500 TCD Sugar Plant at Lauriya. Job includes a) Cleaning/poking of chute (RAV, FURNACE, APH, ESP) in running condition of boiler, breaking hips inside the boiler & feeding of ash at ash belt conveyor with all safety precautions. b) Inside cleaning of boiler (RAV, GRATE, APH, ESP, & DUCTS at the time of stoppage of boiler. c) Housekeeping, accumulating spread Ash in and around Boiler/ cogen plant, and shifting the same. d) Any other job related with Ash handling inside the plant as directed by Shift-in-charge. Supporting for Boiler operation at Bagasse silo sliding gate, Bagasse drag chain feeder, Boiler Furnace, e) Work will have to be carried out in 3 shifts (Round O’clock) for entire week of 7 days including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. The above mentioned work to be carried out totally job basis.
