Preparing the AutoCAD computer drawing with GPS co-ordinate system, in required size as per Sanctioned DP of NMC for submission, as per specifications mentioned in the detailed scope of work..... etc completed. Congested area like Gaonthan areas / slum area.

Providing assistance to land acquisition process (LAP), preparing land acquisition proposal and drawing required for Land Acquisition, demarcation & carrying out joint measurement survey from TILR / City survey (CTS) office, Liosoning to SLO …etc. completed. All the official fee required for the measurement from TILR/CTS or for any other work, will be borne by NMC and paid to concerned department , as per specifications mentioned in the detailed scope of work..... etc completed.

Drone survey of a land in NMC area shall be undertaken with a minimum Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) of 5cm. High resolution Ortho mosaic shall be submitted for this task. Please note that Drone Survey shall be undertaken only for properties of area more than 2 Ha. The done survey images are then processed in the software and preparing AutoCAD drawing for submission…. etc completed. Many times, over the period of time, NMC required to carry out the ETS Survey again for the same area to update the site features changed over period of time (Re-Survey) that are required to NMC for the decision making process or Re-demarcation of the site in the area surveyed before.
