FOR THE EXECUTION OF CIVIL WORK INCLUDING ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND PLUMBING UNDER THE WORK REFURBISHMENT OF PUBLIC AMENITIES AT TUGHLAQABAD FORT AND GHIYASUDDIN TUGHLAQ TOMB DELHI

Work

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m - All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - All kinds of soil.

Dismantling and removing existing signages comprising of steel signages (SS frame, post, clamps, foundation bolts etc.) and stone signages (sandstone engraved slab including base), complete including cutting of anchor bolts, dismantling of foundation, stacking of serviceable materials at site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone- III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Tile brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in plain arch work in superstructure above plinth and upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including centering and shuttering complete.

Providing and laying 100mm thick lime concrete flooring & coping with brick aggregate 20 to 25 mm gauge n/s & 50% lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) including ramming, beating & top finishing etc. complete including carriage of water & materials with in a lead upto 100 mtr approx.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (cement : 6 course sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
