Repair/servicing and maintenance of Air conditioning of Air handling unit of NICU A at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: i) Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 02 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing. (01 JOB) ii) Complete servicing of AHU unit using chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc.(01 JOB) iii) Providing and Fitting of MNX-45 (02 NOS) iv) Providing and Fitting of TPN (02 NOS) v) Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing(0 1 JOB) vi) Providing and fitting of V belts(08 NOS) Complete job with cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles and includes technicians (24x7) to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Repair/Servicing and Maintenance Of Packaged Air Conditioning Unit Of 11 TR In Emergency Gynae Theatre at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu i) Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing. (01 JOB) ii) Complete servicing of IDU and ODU unit using chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc.(01 JOB) iii) Providing and Fitting of 5.5TR compressor by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor then leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumising of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumising and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-22. (01 NOS) iv) Providing and Fitting of fan belts(06 NOS) v) Providing and Fitting of Controller card with remote (01 NOS) vi) Providing and Fitting of MNX-45 (01 NOS) vii) Providing and Fitting of TPN (01 NOS) viii) Replacement/rewinding of outdoor fan motors(01 NOS) ix) Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing(01 JOB) Complete job includes testing and commissioning of the packaged air conditioning on full loads after repairs, cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles and includes technicians (24x7) to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification.
