Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness including man hole cover slab of any six and in any description (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in man hole/septic tank cover slab set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia.,over, cut to length, bent to kg shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for mild streel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to kg shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick sand filling in dry river sand, under floors, spread, levelled to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over 50mm thick cushion of river sand screen bed, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 9 aboves but except tiles including removal and refixing interlocking paver block and levelling sunk portions laid over sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains 150mm thick as in hard standing etc. all as specified and as directed.

Finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements by brooming

Material and labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' for 150mm thick concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction(dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade `A' all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement on brick or stone walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing treatment of new surface including brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated painted of steel & iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint applied to surfaces of up to 4 storied buildings all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old decorated existing external surfaces of walls and providing two coats of Cement Base paint complete all as specified.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 1500.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 1500.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
