Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area as given below:- Make: Havells / KEI / Polycab or equivalent (a) 2 Core 25 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 3.0 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil at a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying clean dry sand as cushioning to UG cables with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying of old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry in trenches as in UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CPRI approved feeder pillar bus bar box of size of size 600mm x 450mm x 550mm of outdoor type, double door, both side openable, locking arrangement, kiosk type, powder coated, 3.15mm thick MS sheet with water proof hinged doors, having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar insulated, duly colour coded 400 Amp duly colour coded mounted on porcelain insulator, with provn of 06 Nos outgoings including MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 36 kA,= 01 No, LED indicator (RYB), 08 Nos, holes in bottom for inlet and outlet cable with suitable size of cable gland and mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm, 1.05 metre high (450mm below ground level and 600mm above ground) along with necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for grouting of panel stand and connecting the panel with earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Locaton :- Near P-429 Note : (a) Feeder pillar box shall be got fabricated from CPRI approved and shall be from approved list of manufaturer only and depth of panel not less than 55cm. (b) Electric connection between MCCB and Busbar shall be with aluminium strip links duly colour coded. (c) MCCB shall be of make-Havells/Legrand/ABB/C&S (d) Cost of PCC for foundation is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. Note: The Contractor shall submit drawing of LT Panel for approval of GE before ordering / fabricating.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and covered surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers upto 15cm above top of plate and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber (chamber size not less than 300mm x 300mm x 300mm internal diamentions), RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for 75mm thick cover and 50mm x 50mm x 5mm MS frame etc., complete all as specified. NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and new GI protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

Dismantling of existing HT / LT Steel pole of any type and description including demolition of cement concrete in coping/foundation for takingout of pole and re-erracting the same in its new location with street light bracket and making electrical connection including Earth work and civil work with cast iron base plate, fineal taper, plugs, bolts, nuts & washers including removing and re-fixing of all accessories such as cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Soil re-filling and compacting at place of dismanting of existing poles will be done by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 for base foundation, (1:3:6) type C-1 for foundation around bottom of pole and (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm agreegate for coping in ratio as directed are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (iii) Cost of Excavation for erracting steel pole shall be paid under respective item of this schedule.

M & L for Horizontal Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using GI Pipe of required dia and necessary machine suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure. Note :- GI pipe medium / Light grade will be measeured and paid saperately under respective item.

M&L for 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 32 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surcaces using sand blasting and painting two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 09 Mtrs including cross arms, Bracket etc including 3 Nos. of strip / bands painted with postoffice red and navy blue colour (300 mm width each) in alternate layer from coping, marking of pole number with black synthetic enamel paint 2.5 cm height including in 3" dia circle complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks in cement mortar (1:4), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix PVC Junction box of size 350mm x 250mm x 150mm with Aluminium bus bars 04 Nos fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts, bolts and MS clamps-2 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity including making suitable hole on pole to take out connections to fitting as required at site and PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper conductor 3 core 1.5 Sqmm for making connection from junction box to security light fitting complete including PVC cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables all as specified.
