Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required, settling out to required lines,including dressing of sides & ramming of bottom, upto all leads & lifts, including getting the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated earth/ soil and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level and all floor level in 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & laying Non pressure NP2 Class ( Light duty ) R.C.c. pipes with collars joints with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the propertion of 1 : 2 ( One cement : two coarse sand ) including testing of joints etc. complete 500 mm ( five hundred milimetre ) dia reinforced cement concrete pipe including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level and all floor level in 1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1cement hardener mix :2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing & reinforcement - All work up to plinth level and all floor level in 1:2:4 (one Cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level and all floor level in 1:2:4 (one Cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm ( three point fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X 30X5mm ( thirty X thirty X five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 meters ( four meters ) and removal of the same for insitu- reinfoced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.In walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm ( three point fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X 30X5mm ( thirty X thirty X five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 meters ( four meters ) and removal of the same for insitu- reinfoced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and placing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor all level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & laying 80 mm ( eighty milimetre ) thick factory made cement concrete inter locking paver block of M-30 ( thirty ) grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compacted, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour & pattern over & including 50 mm ( fifty milimetre ) thick compacted bed coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
