Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00 m × 1.50 m inner to inner) (Pillow Type) made of composite layers of Polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653:2017 for Nonwoven and IS 16654:2017 for Woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300 gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multifilament woven fabric manufactured from ultra violet stabilized polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Properties i. Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo - textile bag of dimension 2.00 m × 1.50 m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt, having minimum volume 0.612 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100 m complete as directed. (Each roll of G-Mat should be supplied in properly packed bundle and should be marked with the Name of Manufacturer & Batch Number & its dimensions clearly on each roll with “WRD Govt. of ASSAM” to be printed on it and mentioning properly the GSM (for both upper and lower layer) and types of polymer (for both upper and lower layer) and Test Certificate from approved NABL accredited and ISO Certified Laboratory should invariably be submitted against each batch of material) (Inclusive of Custom Duty)
Supply of 30 M long RME structure of vertical height 1.83 m (6 feet) and bottom width 2.4 m (8 feet), (having 35 chambers interconnected to make one chain - 30 m long), interconnected baffle walls and periphereal surface of HSP, forming one section with all accessories necessary for connection of chains and anchors complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. With the following specifications RME shall be made up of HS tape (laminated with min 30µ thick film) with (1) Ultimate tensile strength of 27 kN/m in CD/MD as per ASTM D 4595; (2) Wide width elongation of 12/9%; (3) Trapezoidal tear of 445 N (ASTM D 533); (4) Mullen Burst of 2,930 KPa (ASTM D 3786); (5) Permittivity of 0.05 S-1 (ASTM D 4491); (6) *UV of min 70% @ 500 hrs (ASTM 4355); All above values as MaxARV except * which is TYP of the agreed primary sample lot, and all are established as per sampling procedures defined in ASTM D 4354 for all 5 levels of testing forming the fundamental part of RME's QAP. All chambers of RME shall have 3 × 3' top opening for filling, be 6' vertically deep in the back tapering off into a 1:1 slope in front that ends in 1' vertical drop to the bottom base which shall measure 8' from the rear point. 35 such chambers/cells shall form one chain with proper water-proof joining arrangements at its both ends that shall end in flaps to over the first cell of the connected adjacent chain. Stitching shall be along the cellular periphery only with not less than 300 denier PET thread while ensuring the bends are curves and not rectangles, extending into subsequent stitch-lines up to a distance sufficient enough to ensure homogeneous bond joint strength. Stitching shall be as per ASTM D 4885. All RME shall be provided with due connection joints.
Labour charges for carrying, transporting, levelling, Placing & Filling of RME with excavator including holding stands etc. complete & as per direction of Engineer-In Charge. (The rate excludes cost of filling materials)

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m with M - 30 grade of cement concrete conforming to IS 1343:2012 using super-plasticizer @1.2 lit/bag of cement with graded broken coarse aggregates up to 20 mm size down conforming to IS 10262:2009 & IS 456:2000 and reinforced with 4 nos. of 4 mm dia. high tensile steel wire cable/strand with necessary cover and 4 mm high tensile stirrups at 250 mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia. at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia. at 65 mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (Twenty one) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance up to 50 Km including loading, unloading & stacking complete as directed.

Supply of woven technical textile (240 GSM PPMF) made from white polypropylene, permeable fabric which is High Strength Multifilament Polypropylene yarns woven to provide following specifications: Tensile Strength in Machine Direction (IS-1969) ≥ 57 KN/M & Cross Machine Direction (IS-1969) ≥ 42 KN/M, Elongation at break in Machine direction & Cross machine direction (ASTM-D-4595) ≥ 25%, CBR Puncture strength (ASTM-D-6241) ≥ 3500N, Trapezoidal Tear (ASTM-D-4533) ≥ 1100N, UV Resistance @ 500 hours (ASTM-D4355) ≥ 80%, Apparent opening size AOS (ASTM-D-4751) ≤ 0.425 mm, & finished edge being strong enough to be stitched together with 150 mm lap to provide 95% original strength without defraying under a pull of 2.2 Kg. Labour charge for laying, fitting and fixing of double layered Geo textile, fabricated to form a three dimensional mattresses after filling sand at design slope, filled up with sand by pump, anchoring by cutting/at already excavated trench at the upper and lower end of slope of depth 1.00 m × 0.75 m placing the mat by bending it into the trench, filling the trench by earth filled cement bags/sand/silt filled type - A geo-bags, sides of mattresses in sloping direction stitched by Polypropylene thread with double locking chain stitch not less than 3 stitches per 2.50 cm to achieve minimum stream strength including all handling and carriage charge complete as directed.
