Servicing of HT panel , detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components after drawout of VCB trolly and Testing for smooth operation manual/ remote after calibration of relay trough OEM of VCB/Test wing of UPCL and resetting & generation of testing report by the primary injection set for 11 KV VCB for OC/EF ,parameter of relay setting for healthy system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Worn out minor parts shall be deemed to included in quoted rate. Major parts shall be measured and paid separately. Cost of replacement/ removal of parts for item no 2 hereinafter shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Handling, transportation of transformers of any make, type and any capacity 200 KVA of any make, model & type including hoisting, taking down from pole (pole mounted) or plinth mounted by any means mechanically pulley/mechanical crane, transportation to workshop for repair/maint. Reinstallation of Transformer in position pole mounted/plinth mounted including disconnecting and connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
