Construction of Office building to the joint derector of Fisheres at Machilipatnam in Krishna Sub Wrok preparaton of DPR for the above work

On approval of survey, layout, preliminary plan with contour, SBC report and detailed designs including structural drawings and detailed estimate / detailed project report alongwith the water supply, sanitary drawings, electrical and electro mechanical, roads, parking, sumps, section, elevation, bid document, working drawings / as built and required hard, soft copies of above items and as specified in the tender documents / conditions and as directed by Judicial & R and B departments etc., complete. Further all reports should be proff checked by reputed agency/Government organisations The following procedure will be followed for payment to the agencies. 1. On approval of survey, Layout, Preliminary plans with contours & SBC Report 15% of Consultancy fee 2. On approval of detailed designs including : structural Drawings and Detailed Plans estimates including sections and elevations. 45% of Consultancy fee 3. On approval of detailed bid document 20% of Consultancy fee 4. On Final completion of building 20% of consultancy fee
