Restoring Functionality through Repairs / Maintenance of Bore well Schemes No. 72 (under PR-1) (Cluster-1) of Department of Agriculture in district Pulwama, under Implementation of National Mission on Saffron.

Complete Servicing of 25 KVA DG Set of Bore Well Scheme No. 72 at district Pulwama by way of replacement of M-oil =11 ltrs, M-Oil Filter , Diesel filter set , fuel pipes , Coolant =3.5 lts and Air filter set etc .The job includes checking the electric wiring, earthling etc and then testing of DG set for minimum 01 hour along with supply of HSD .The job also includes repairs to the hinges of the two no. window of DG set as per site requirement.

Providing and fitting of Battery 88-100Ah 12V along with battery lead 1metre, battery terminals, copper thimbles etc as per site requirement.

Servicing and repairs to Self starter and Alternator of the DG set by way of checking and replacement of damaged parts as per requirement.

Servicing and replacement of gland packing to Horizontal Pump.

Provision for servicing of Head Unit/filtration unit installed inside the Pump House. The job includes welding, cutting and assembling the entire filtration unit and priming tank components. The job also includes cost on account of skilled labour, Teflon tapping and all the necessary tools and tackles as per site requirement.

Earth work excavation in trenches (manual excavation) up to minimum depth of 2 feet underground with adequate width in all types of Soil which may range from 12'' for straight alignment of pipes to be laid underground to 18'' at joining spots for laying of HDPE pipeline Main of size 90 mm and Sub-main of Size 75 mm. The job includes refilling of the excavated soil after laying of pipe line and its ramming. The trench work is to be executed wherever rectification is required as per site requirement.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 65 mm dia control valves including rubber washer on HDPE pipe ( 75 mm dia ) as sectional and isolation valves including the cost of nuts and bolts . The control valves are to be installed as per the site requirement wherever rectification is required.

Video recording and phototgraphy of day to day activities during execution and testing of Saffron work as per site requirement. The firm shall provide vedio recordings/ still photographs of saffron work in a Fresh Pen drive of 8GB (01No.), including post card size colour printed copies of Geo tag photographs on photo paper (minimum 10 No.)
