Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :(Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete and as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per HPPWD technical specification upto four storey height including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes excluding GST imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One millimetres) , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per HPPWD technical specification upto four storey height including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes excluding GST imposed by the Government.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm (Four millimetres) thick glass panes complete and as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per HPPWD technical specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes excluding GST imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete and as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per HPPWD technical specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
