Taking down of chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and set aside or removing from site.

Taking down of chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) and set aside or removing from site.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shuter solid core construction with particle board core and plywood face panels & both faces covered with decorative face veneers with lipping/ frame to match all as specified and directed .

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to keep in safe custody for repair to wall/ ceiling and re-fixing of ceiling fan including repair of unserviceable fans or thorough cleaning of serviceable fans including connecting up including provision of 3 core flexible twisted copper conductor multi-stranded cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan. [Materials required for repair of ceiling fan will be measured and paid under separate item of this schedule]

Rewinding of ceiling fan complete upto 1400 mm sweep with heavy duty super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, greasing etc. after cutting and removing the old burnt winding complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- Replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing, bush, hanging clamp, reel & nut bolt etc measured and paid separately]

Supply only Ball bearing for ceiling Fan Bearing No 6200/ 6201/ 6202 all as specified.

Supply only Canopy for ceiling Fan all as specified.

Supply only Hanging clamp and Nut bolt with split pin and rubber shackle for ceiling Fan complete.

Supply only Fan capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd epoxy filled type complete all as specified.
