Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection work and similar, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, kerbs, water troughs, and the like weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for formwork to edges of concrete flats for fair finish treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with soild block, exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 1:2:4 as in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for anti-skid endura matt finished 10mm thick of premium quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 and n.exc 0.38 Sqm in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for endura tiles, heavy duty type of size 300x300x10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and as per direction of manufacturer instuctions / Engr in charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x450x7or 450x350x7 mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. M&L for makrana doogri white marble slab work 18-20 mm thick table rubbled and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, platform and like laid over cement slurry & 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 18/19 mm thick Block boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face, of board as in kitchen cabinet, cupboard etc fixed with screws to steel/timber frame work etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in repair fancy type handles of approved designed and size for cupboards below wash basin/ storage cabinets, made of high quality stainless steel/ brass with chrome plated/ matt finish, complete with necessary screws and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in repair concealed self-closing type stainless steel hinges (soft close/ hydraulic Type) for cupboards shutters below wash basin counter of high quality make and suitable for damp and wet areas, with SS/nickel plated hinges, in built soft closing mchanism, required screws, fasteners and mounting plates with proper alignment and adjustment of shutters incl testing for smooth and noiseless operation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair 5mm/6mm thick looking mirror of size as per the site requirement of superior quality float glass with high quality silvering, copper coating and protective paint at back to prevent moisture damage fixed on wall, work shall be machine polished edges, sealing of edges with approved silicon sealant and proper alignment and vertical fixing and requirement with SS screws, rawl plugs and CP brass mirror caps complete all as specified and directed
