Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads , dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in ordinary soil upto all depth. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of SMC panel Tank (ISI Marked - 14399) of make Sintex, Amitex, Devi polymer Binani or equivalent of the under mentioned capacity and made out of HOT DRESS MOULDED SHEET MOULDING COMPOUND (SMC) Panels of size 105mm´75mm and 2010 mm x1005 mm The flange should be prependicular to the main surface. The shape should be Trunked Type for extra strength and 90 degree flanges predrilled for bolting. All the Flanges of the Panel should have 13 Nos, holes for fastening joining the panels to one another. Hot pressed Moulded SMC Pre Drilled Corner Pices with built-in ribs of the size 75mm x 75mm Should be provided for 90 degree joints of tank walls or wall to base or wall to roof joints complete with galvanized iron uts, bolts and washers. Special sealant having excellent UV Resistance as well as suitable for potable water, complete with Top Covered construction having Man-Hole with Cover of Dia 600mm and iternal FRP Ladder. The internal dimension of the tank should be 10-00 Ltr. Complete as specified and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
