Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking ofserviceable materials anddisposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads for thickness of tiles upto 25mm upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight aggregate) graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per approved specification, drawing including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 600x600 mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimetre) double charge / Ultra Charge vetrified tiles of Resitile/ Nitco/ Kajaria/Rak/Johnson/Bell water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty vitrified tiles of approved shade and colour in flooring laid over 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per specifications, approved drawing and design including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
