Suphala Bagging: Operation surrounding: Up keeping of operational area/plant surrounding area. This activity involves removal of dust, saw dust layer, water, slurry, wrappers, bags, scrap and other foreign materials, collection of material from platform (from Pillar ‘A’ to Pillar ‘Z’) and extended platform (near Wagon Loader No.5) and shifting of Material to the designated place as instructed by RCF officials. In addition, all wagon loader tracks to be thoroughly maintained which include chipping of materials from tracks with equipment like crow bar, brush etc., collection and shifting of chipped out material to the designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Suphala Bagging: Slat: All three slats and slats adjacent area to be maintained thoroughly. This activity involves up keeping of rollers and pulleys of all three slats, cutting and removing of threads if any, up keeping of slats pocket area and below slats area. Also, it is required to maintain and upkeep the all three slats adjacent area, collection of material and shifting of material to the designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials
Suphala Bagging: Wagon loaders: Maintaining of equipment which includes Wagon Loader No.1,2,3,4 & 5, Truck Loader No. 1 & 2 and Belt Conveyor SC#1A, 2A, 3A, BC#3A, 4A, 5A & BC#6, RBC#2, 3, 3B & 4B. This activity involves thorough upkeeping of all Wagon Loaders & Truck Loaders with instrument air and with brush if required including tracks of Wagon Loaders. Also, it is required to maintain all the belt conveyors rollers, decking plates and respective conveyor gantries. Collection of material and shifted to the designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials. Instrument air will be provided by RCF.
Suphala Bagging: Hoppers: Removal of product scaling to the hoppers (3 hoppers each of 100 MT capacities), material collection of materials and shifting to designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Suphala Bagging: Weighing floo/Transfer tower: Collection of lumpy material, removing of water from weighing floor, transfer towers (I & II), below gantries and near vibrating screen. Loading of these materials into trucks and unloading it at designated area as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Suphala Bagging: Shifting of waste : Shifting of waste materials/saw dust mix materials at designated area as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Suphala Bagging: Lubrication: Assisting lubrication activity in the plant, to carry oil for fill in gearboxes, greased bearing as per instruction of RCF Officials. Lubrication activity consists following activities:- • Upkeeping of equipment gearboxes and bearings. • The daily checking of all equipment gearboxes oil level and bearings condition if any unnatural reported to RCF Officials. • The lubrication oil to be filled in Conveyor’s (from NP#1to BC#4) & 5 nos wagon loaders gearboxes and greased their bearings daily or alternate day as per instruction of RCF Officials. • The lubrication Oil and grease to be carried in 5-20 liters plastic barrel from lube oil storage area to different equipment like wagon loaders, conveyer’s gearbox and their bearings. • The waste lubrication oil to be collect in barrel and shifting to the designated place. • Receiving of filled oil barrel from store. • Upkeeping of Oil storage area, collection of spilled oil and area to be dried with the sprayed of sawdust etc. The activity is to be carried out in General shifts / day or as per requirement.
Suphala Bagging: First floor: Up keeping of First floor slat 4 surrounding area. This activity involves removal of dust, saw dust layer, water, slurry, wrappers, bags, scrap and other foreign materials, collection of material from slat 4 surroundings and shifting of Material to the first floor to ground floor and designated place as instructed by RCF officials. Slat 4 – and slat conveyor maintaining in healthy condition: includes up keeping of complete belt, removing of stucked bags & ensuring minimum spillage, training of rollers & decking plates etc.
Suphala Bagging: Silo Hopper Screen: This activity involves removing of lumps from hopper and hopper screen, breaking of lumps in hopper/screen, collection of surrounding materials, removing of stuck lumps from hopper discharge cute, discharge conveyor gantry and decking plates, collection and shifting of material to designated place as per instruction of RCF Officials. The activity is to be carried out in 1 shifts / day or as per requirement.
ANP Bagging: Operation surrounding: Up keeping of operational area/plant surrounding area. This activity involves removal of dust, saw dust layer, collection of spilled material from platform and shifting of materials to the designated place as instructed by RCF officials. In addition, adjoining area near slats slides to be thoroughly maintained which include chipping of materials from slat structure with equipment’s like crow bar, brush etc., collection and shifting of chipped out material to the designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials Also, it is required to maintain all the belt conveyors rollers, decking plates and respective conveyor gantries. Collection of material and shifting of material to the designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials. Instrument air will be provided by RCF.
ANP Bagging: RBC 10: Training and Maintaining of RBC 10 (East side) conveyor in healthy condition which includes up keeping of complete belt, removing of stucked bags & ensuring minimum spillage, upkeeping of rollers & decking plates etc.
ANP Bagging: Hopper: Removal of product scaling of the bunkers (3 bunkers each of 30 MT capacities), material collection and shifted to designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials.
ANP Bagging: Weighing floor/Transfer tower: Collection of lumpy material in bags from weighing floor, all transfer towers, below gantries. Shifting of these materials into trucks and unloading it at designated area as per instruction of RCF Officials.
ANP Bagging: Shifting of waste : Shifting of waste materials/saw dust mix materials at designated area as per instruction of RCF Officials
ANP Bagging: Scrapper boom: Maintaining of Scrapper boom. This activity involves thorough cleaning of all rollers, chain, structure strut, blades of scrapper boom etc. with wire brush, water if required, hammer, crow bar etc.
ANP Bagging: Scrapper Bucket Elevator: Maintaining of Scrapper bucket elevator. This activity involves thorough cleaning of all buckets, chain of scrapper bucket elevator, links etc. In addition, removal of scaling near lowermost portion of bucket elevator is required and shifting of cleaned/de-scaled material to designated place in silo as per instruction of RCF Officials.

ANP Bagging: Scrapper wheel: This activity involves up keeping of spillages near scrapper wheel, gear box, discharge chute and decking plates, shifting of material to designated place as per instruction of RCF Officials.
ANP Bagging: ET-6A Hopper: This activity involves removing of lumps from ET-6A hopper and their screen, breaking of lumps in hopper/screen, collection of surrounding materials, removing of stuck lumps from hopper discharge cute, discharge conveyor gantry and decking plates, collection and shifting of material to designated place as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Urea Bagging: 1. Operation surrounding: (a) Up keeping of operational area/plant surrounding area. Also, it is required to clean all the belt conveyors rollers, decking plates and respective conveyor gantries. Collection of material in bags and shifting of filled bags to the designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials. Instrument air will be provided by RCF.
Urea Bagging: Hopper: Removal of product scaling of the bunkers (4 bunkers each of 30 MT capacities), material collection in bags and shifting to designated place in plant as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Urea Bagging: Weighing floor/Transfer tower: Collection of lumpy & dusty material from weighing floor, all transfer towers, below gantries. Loading of these filled bags into trucks and unloading it at designated area as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Urea Bagging: Scrapper boom: Maintaining of Scrapper boom. This activity involves thorough cleaning of all rollers, chain, structure strut, blades of scrapper boom etc. with wire brush, water if required, hammer, crow bar etc.
Urea Bagging: Scrapper bucket elevator: Maintaining of Scrapper bucket elevator. Urea Bagging: Training & Maintenance of RBC 1: Training & maintaining of RBC 1 (East side) in healthy condition which includes cleaning of complete belt, removing of stucked bags & ensuring minimum spillage, cleaning of rollers & decking plates etc.
Urea Bagging: Training & Maintenance of RBC 4: Training & maintaining of RBC 4 (West side) in healthy condition which includes cleaning of complete belt, removing of stucked bags & ensuring minimum spillage, cleaning of rollers & decking plates etc.
Urea Bagging: Neem oil: This activity involves maintaining of neem oil spraying, upkeeping of neem oil storage area, adjoining area near following tanks along with removal of sludge on regular basis. A) Mother Tank (24 KL) B) Baby Tank (15 KL) C) Two Day Tanks (5 KL & 4 KL). Neem oil activity consists following activities:- • Assisting the unloading of neem oil from tanker/truck. • Shifting of neem oil from mother/baby tank to Day tank. • Training & maintaining of various valves. • Collection and filling of spilled Neem oil if any in drums & shifting to the designated place as instructed by RCF officials. • Regular maintaining of neem oil spraying nozzles. • Removing of oily lumpy material from the ET-8 head pulley chute, adjoining area and shifting of these materials in designated place. • Drying the spilled neem oil floor area with the use of saw dust. • Removal of sludge from the mother tank, Baby tank, and two day tanks as per instructions of RCF officials.

Lubrication activity consists following activities:- • Upkeeping of equipment gearboxes and bearings. • The daily checking of all equipment gearbox oil level and bearing condition if any unnatural reported to RCF Officials. • The lubrication oil to be filled in scrapper & all Conveyor’s (from ET-1 to RBC 19) gearboxes and greased all bearings daily or alternate day as per instruction of RCF Officials. • The lubrication Oil and grease to be carried in 5-20 liters plastic barrel from lube oil storage area to different equipment like wagon loaders, conveyer’s gearbox and their bearings. • The waste lubrication oil to be collect in barrel and shifted to the designated place. • Receiving of filled oil barrel from store. • Upkeeping of Oil storage area, collection of spilled oil and area to be dried with the sprayed of sawdust etc. The activity is to be carried out in General shifts / day or as per requirement.
Urea Bagging: Scrapper Wheel: This activity involves collection of materials near scrapper wheel, gear box, discharge cute, discharge conveyor decking plates, shifting of material to designated place as per instruction of RCF Officials.
Urea Bagging: Vertical Storage hopper: Upkeeping and Maintenance of hopper inside urea silo . Terms and Conditions a) The above scope of work against each activity is inclusive but not exhaustive. Contractor is required to carry out all the necessary/instructed work required for completion of the subject activity. No excuse shall be entertained for ignorance of any work associated with the subject activity. b) Party has to deploy sufficient manpower, as it may deemed to be fit, for the purpose of above mentioned jobs. (Parties are advised to visit the site, gauge the actual quantum and nature of job before submitting its offer). c) The job is to be carried out in General shift or in shift on round the clock as per the requirement of RCF & as given on the Mode of Quotation sheet. d) To carry out the above cited jobs, all the tools & tackles like shovel, belcha, phavda, crow bar, pickaxe, trolley etc. are to be arranged by the contractor. For bag filling, bags will be provided by RCF Ltd. Also trucks will be arranged by RCF for Loading/unloading activity. e) Contractor shall engage 1 (One) no. of dedicated supervisor to monitor the activities and for facilitating smooth performance of the contract activities. Arrangement of supervisor for the purpose mentioned shall form part of this contract. The supervisor must be present at all times at the working site. f) Penalty: RCF reserves the right to levy penalty for unsatisfactory job performance.
