Survey Work

Construction of back pillars of RR 1:6 stone masonary and Plastered with 1:4 Mortar, of length 300mm, width 300mm and height 400mm of which 100 mm shall be below ground level as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.3 of MORD specifications.

Construction of Job pillers of RR 1:6 stone masonary and Plastered with 1:4 Mortar, of length 400mm, width 400mm and height 600mm of which 100 mm shall be below ground level as per Fig. 1600.1 (d) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.4 of MORD specifications

Hill Side Cutting

Execavation in hill side cutting/ filling local earth including all leads and lifts as required at site in all types of soils and rocks as met at site for making the road as per plan and L section including hill side road drain of specified x section also including uprooting and cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface, ramming of filled earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge including supply of all materials labour T&P, truck etc. required for proper completion of work.

Protection Works ( R/Walls and B/Walls)

Excavation in foundation in all type of soils and rocks including all leads, lifts and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge including supply of all materials, labour, T&p etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random Rubble Masonary laid dry in breast wall,retaining wall,parapets,scupper etc. Including supply of all materials, labour, T&P and royality etc required for proper complition of work. (As per PWDUttarakhand specifications)

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc.including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royalty etc.(Asper PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Hand packed stone filling in the back of R/Wall including supply of all materail labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work direction by Engineer-In-Charge

Drainage/ Cross Drainage Works

Excavation in foundation for retaining & breast walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead(50m), lift(1.5m) and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 M10 (C.C 1:3:6) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P and royalty etc.(Asper PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing Nominal mix 1:2:4 Cement concrete with cement, sand & 20mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials, labour, T&P and royalty etc. required for proper completion of the work

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe tonne 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202. (The reinforcement steel shall be as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6).

Providing and laying reinforced Cement concrete grade M20 in Sub structure Nominal mix including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion work.

Pavement Works

Providing, laying, spreading & compaction of stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specifications including power roller 8-10 tonn in stages toproper grade & camber, applying &brooming requisitet ype ofscreening / binding materials to fillup the intristices of coarse aggregates,watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges lighting, guarding & barricatings & maintenance of diversions etc.[Grading of no-1] ( 45-90 mm)

Parapet:- Constn. of Parapets with 40 percent plum and 60 percent cement concrete in proportion of 1:2:4 consisting of 1 cement, 2 approved coarse sand and 4 approved stone ballast including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Excavation in foundation for parapets in all types of soils and rocks including lead(50m), lift(1.5m) and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge

Road Furnitures

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 5th Km Stone ( Pre cast )

Providing adge stones of Size 450X350X100 mm on valley side of formation as per drawing and technical specification clause 1608.2.6

Providing and erecting direction and place sq.m identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on RCC Post 100 mm x 100 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Development of Dumping Yard

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in Nos. size with a 10 gauge BWG GI wire conforming to IS:280 & IS:4826 in 150mm x 150mm mesh laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each.(As per PWD Uttarakhand Specification)

Provision for Disposal of Dabries and surplus earth after hill side cutting work as when required and disposed as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
