Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fascia, roof projection, chajja etc finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be paid and measured separately.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plaster rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thk Jet black Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, WHB top cooking platforms and like in 12 mm thk cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including chamfering full rounding to the exposed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel window/ventilator of any description and any position including guard bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair powder coated aluminium window sliding type three track (one gauge and two glazed shutter) aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 Kg per mtr for shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing, screws, handle, locking arrangement etc complete and 5.5 mm thick tinted glass with 75% non visibility and stainless steel mosquito proof gauge of 0.36 mm dia of wire and 1.40 mm aperture size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50 X 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixed in repair in opening as per specifications and drawing complete as directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colur PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement. Removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than clear air gap)by manual methods (hammering the bar using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to drywall as complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification and complete all as specified and as directed. (Upto 4th Storey Bldg)

S & A of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surfaces by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed. (Upto 4th Storey Bldg)

M & L for introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameter in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling ,fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy anchoring Hilti RE 500 cartridge or Equivalent etc complete all as specified and as directed.upto 4 storey height. M & L for providing and inserting mild steel shear key bars/levelling gauges of required length and diameter in reinforced/plain concrete as per drawing and direction of engr-in-charge including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters to a minimum depth equal to 12 times the diameters of shear key bar/levelling gauge, cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing , insertion of epoxy from cartridge, placing the share key bar in position and allowing it to stay undisturbed for 24 hours. M & L for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementations micro concrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc . The micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minium tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimium flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28days and complete all as specified and directed. (a) 60mm average thickness of column

(b) 50mm average thickness of beam

(c) Add or deduct for every 10 mm thick

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed. (Upto 4th story Bldg). NOTE:- Cement and sand morter in proportion of 1:2 graded coarse sand ) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engr-in-charge). complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Upto 25mm average thickness

M & L for applying curing compound of approved brand over concrete surfaces as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Upto 4th story bldg)

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pressure grouting at construction joints and honeycomb areas with cement grout Plasticised expanding grout admixture all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and as directed. Cebex 100 at 225 gram/bag of cement. (Approx three hole per Sqm) Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers.

M& L for Providing and fixing 6-8mm dia nozzle along the joints / construction Joint after proper surface preparation and injection of Epoxy resin free-flow grout through the nozzle till the refusal of the grouting materials and confirming to the requirements of BS EN 1504-3 Class R4 and BS EN 1504-6 . complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sunken floor /in floorings including levelling the surface with proper slope towards spout pipe finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including WPC 3 % all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:3) rendering on fair faces of brick work/ concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Integral water proofing compund shall be measured and paid separtely.

M& L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors with the following treatment /Specification (a) First layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 Kg/Sq.M mixed with acrylic based polymer, modified cemetitious composite compound at the rates of 0.253 Kg/Sq.M . This layer will be allowed to cure for 4 hrs . (b). Second layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.242 Kg/ Sq.M cementitious composite compound at the arte of 0.126 Kg/Sq.M . This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing 48 hrs .(c) The rate includes preparation of surface , treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions, of pipe and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (d) . This treatment shall be provided after provision of cement plaster mixed with WPC as above. (e). 200 microns thick polythelene film passed with the help of adhesive shall be provided over above treatment. complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete and in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply & fix Vitreous china urinal partition white colour of size 310 x 700 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Couple Closet,Bowl with cistern for coupled WC white, of size 375x650x800mm with S trap 250mm with PP Soft close seat cover, hinges,fixing accessories,cistern fittings and accessories set of complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting holes into or through brick walls n.ex 150 Sq.cm built in cement mortar or lime mortaror stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrte 1:2:4 type B1 as required etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting opening in cement concrete walls/ beams/slabs of any desription upto a depth of 25 cm of any girth into concrete and trimming the surface as required, as required etc complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for Machine cut Mirror Polished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser or steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick screed bed cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade fo the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
