Providing & Laying Granular sub-base by well graded material grade-1, spreading in uniform layers with……………..as per technical specification clause 401 of MORD [Sr.No.4.11]

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Class- 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and c/sand of 1.25 finensess modulous mortar in Foundation up to plinth including supply of all labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (1:5) (iii) 1 cement: 5 coarse sand.

As in item (360 above but 2.5 Cm) thick and cement concrete consisting of 1 part cement and 1% parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13 mm (") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordred by the Engineer-in-Charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
