Installation & commisioning of 01(One) No Electrical Traction Type 20 Nos passenger capacity, G+ 2 lift at old IGM hospital building, Agartala etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Dismantling of existing lift in/c removing, cleaning of old lift machine parts, motors, rail, counter weight, panel board, pedestal structure (CC/RCC) etc. from machine room, shaft and pit and also storing the same at storeroom complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Making/cutting of necessary holes of different sizes (as required) at the machine room floor and cutting pockets at lift front wall on every floor for installation of floor indicator switch, fire alarm, emergency switch, chipping of lift well if required, cutting or filling of Brick wall/marbles/tiles of front wall of every floor of entrance of the lift including arrangement of necessary scaffolding etc. and also necessary wiring in shaft and anything extra eletrical installation beyond existing wiring in machine room, White washing beyond existing white washing if necessary & cleaning of pit of Lift well should be completed as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
