Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 11.00 metre and upto 13.00 metre

Supply and errection of a set of 2x4.5 mtr channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg/m), pole top bracket for 4.5 mtr wide Dipole, to fit 33 kV disc and 33 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc to make a four pole structure and base arrangement of AB switch and painting with primer and finish paint as required. Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm (5.8 Kg/ Mtr)angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 4500 mm width X 3000 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required. for making four pole structure

Supplying and erection of 33KV Polymer Disc Insulator (70KN) for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator hardware fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 33 KV Polymer Pin Insulator (10 KN) for 33 KV over head lines along with bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supply and erection of 33 kv Post Insulators on existing structure with conductor clamps suitable to hold 33 KV Moose Conductor above the Insulator. Including nut bolts, washers an all accessories as per site requirement.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 36 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with base arrangement, galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. Details of cost for one Set

Repairing of BHEL make PVN 36, 33 KV VCB by Supplying of 33KV VCB Pole (03 numbers in each VCB) , 01 Closing Coil, 01 Tripping Coil, 01 Local- Remote Switch, 01 Antipumping Coil, 01 T-N-C Switch(2NO+2NC), 04 numbers of Catridge fuses with base (16A) , 02 numbers of Push buttons,switches, Spring Charging Motor, Operating Counters, Auxilary contacts along with all materials like ferul, control wires, glands, lugs, Termiinal Blocks switable for Ring lugs(32A) etc and dismantaling of the damaged pole in an existing 33KV VCB

Repairing of 33KV Control & Relay Panel by Supplying 04 numbers Breaker Contro Switch (T-N-C Switch), Catridge Fuses with base (08 numbers), Terminal Block switable for ring lugs(45A) (50 numbers) with DIN Rail, 02 Push button switches, 06 Indication Lamps, control wires etc. including cutting and retrofitting as per requirement.
