The job also includes taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of 3inch M.S coupling bolts with rubber bushes & Nuts for 05 cusec V.T pumps at lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar as per sample

Providing of channels for shifting material at site for lift irrigation scheme Darpora of10 feet each of ISMC 150 x 75x5.7 The job includes the charge of transportation, labour etc for the completion of work. (20rft @ 5.12 Kg/ ft =102.41 Kg

Repairs to the minor leakage at 03 spots near pump house along 350mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-I near pump station at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of 3mm thick wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, Dewatering pump, manual labours and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of 4” long 20mm dia M.S studs thread type with nuts & suitable washer for bowl stages of V.T pumps at lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar

Replacement of damaged double row ball bearing 3313 & 3213 of SKF/equivalent imported of 10 cusec end suction pump of lift irrigation scheme Delina Main unit no.02 with adequate greasing at site with the help of puller and other allied accessories for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of TC- 16 coupling set complete for the completion of work.
