AME for AC Units to the Children's Hospital in Old BIRRD Hospital, tirupati for three years 2026-2029 (Part-A)

Servicing and maintenance of the following Window/ Split / Multisplit/Tower/Cassette AC Units with the following services for a period of One year including all spare parts with the following..( No Inverter Type ) Scope of work: 1) Supply and replacement of compressor with a new one as and when found necessary. 2) Gas and oil charging whenever found necessary. 3) Replacement of pipeline insulation as and when found necessary. 4) Repairs to the chamber blower and fan motors including replacement of bearings, bushes, capacitors. 5) Repairs and over hauling of the components in service station or at site including replacement of all worn-out and damaged spare parts when found necessary. 6) Replacement of copper pipe for existing AC units to be taken by the contractor. The rate of copper pipe to be exchange of old copper pipe. a) Servicing and maintenance of 1.5 TR / 2TR Window / Split AC units including all spare parts.

Scope of work: 1) The scope of work includes maintenance & servicing if inverter type 1.5/2.0 Ton AC units including PCB & Compressor ( In case if compressor & PCB are found to be replaced, the same shall be replaced with new one and the cost of new PCB / Compressor will be paid by the Department separetely. the old condemned PCB/ Compressor shall be returned to the Department ) 2) Gas and oil charging whenever found necessary. 3) Replacement of pipeline insulation as and when found necessary.
