Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Hot Dip Galvanized Garbage Container with Volume Capacity of 1100 lit, for waste collection closed type Hygienic bins, provided with 4 Nos. of HDPE injection moulded Castron wheels. The bin construction shall be pressed steel sections for ensuring adequate structural strength required for handling with the compactor bin lifter complete as per standards inclusive of transportation etc., complete., 1.) Capacity - 1100 Litres. 2a.) Material at Bottom 2.50mm Thick Hot Dip Galvanized sheet. 2b.) Material at sides - 2.50mm Thick Hot Dip and Top Lid 1.6mm Galvanized sheet. 3.) Standard Container shall have four heavy duty swivel castors (360° turning) Fiber wheels with lock. 3a.) Hands on Body. 3b.) Handles on the lid. 3c.) Hardened galvanized steel wheel axle. 3d.) M.S / G.I 18 Gauge Colour lid as per required - Green Colour or Blue colour. 4.) The Bin have to be painted apoxy double coating at internal faces and bottom with Anti-crossive black paint and outer periphery three sides stickered with IEC messages of swachh bharat mission prescribed by the department and radium reflectors. 5.) The Bins shall be designed to be lifted by the Compactors having standard bin lifters for compactor bins construction shall be pressed steel section for Ensuring adequate structural strength required as per standard inclusive of labour charges, transportation to the Puttur Municipality etc.
