Providing consultancy services for the structural and architectural design for Construction of College Building at Government Degree College, Chatroo (Balance Work), based on the existing structure and concept drawings available with the Department, including assessment and evaluation of the existing structural components, conducting geotechnical investigation/soil testing for determination of safe bearing capacity (where required), preparation of revised and detailed architectural, structural, plumbing, sanitary, water supply, drainage, electrical, CCTV, fire alarm and fire-fighting system designs and drawings, ensuring compatibility of the proposed balance work with the existing structure, preparation of contour/site plan, grading and cross-sections, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for all reinforced concrete members, 3D views/renderings, obtaining vetting/approval of structural and architectural drawings from the competent authority (IIT/NIT/Design Directorate/DIQC, as applicable), preparation of detailed estimates, BOQ and complete tender documents, incorporating all observations/modifications as required by the Department or approving authority, and submission of all reports, calculations, drawings and editable soft and hard copies, complete in all respects for tendering and execution of the balance work.
