First Year Rate

Cleaning & Moping of all hangars, offices, buildings for floors, windows, passages, stair cases and ceilings. Cleaning of toilets, urinals etc. Dusting of office furniture, removal of cobwebs. Clearing of blockage/chokes of sewage pipes etc. disposal of scrap/ garbage from buildings to scrap yard. TOTAL QUANTITY PER MONTH= 22800 sqm per day per month

Cleaning of roads, cement pavements, aprons, roofs, etc. from dust & dirt, dry leaves and their disposal, uprooting of vegetation from the roads. Cleaning of all drains. Handling of malba, debris, soil, weeds etc. 26000 sqm per day per month .Total quanity= 312000 sqm

Maintaining dust proof environment in Clean roon areas cleaning by vaccume cleaner . A) per day quantity 700sqm for a period of 12 months. B) The rate to be quoted shall be for one sqm for a month. C) Quantity 700 x 12 months

Moping of floor by mopping machines A) Per day quantity 4000 sq.m for a period of 12 months B) The rate to be quoted shall be for one sqm for a month. C) quantity 4000 x 12 months.

Cleaning of toilets including drinking water point area by jet cleaning machine in a day (545 sq.m per day x 26 day x 12 months) B) The rate to be quoted shall be for one sqm for a month. C) Quantity 545 x 12 months

Shifiting and movement of material inside factory premises in including dusting and cleaning of the material, loading and unloading of material, movement of BEL Hand Trolley for supply shifting from one building to the another in three diffreent zones inside facotry premises (minimum 20 rounds in each zones) as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. i.e 60 rounds per day (60*26=1560 PER MONTH) (60*12*26=18720 NOS PER YEAR)
