M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40 mm gradede aggregrate) in foundations, filling, mass concrete & to filling post hole, complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc., or forshafts, wells,cesspits, manholes, Pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning filling in including spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified of squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St- 240, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, verticle post, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., and similar work confirming to Fe-410 W Gde E-250 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted bolted or welding attachement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over & including M&L single coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L prepainted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc Coating GI based corrugated Steel Sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth filling under floors or in foundation including spreading and levelling in layers n.exc. 25 cm and for well ramming including watering as required and consolidation etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with 8-10 tonnne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub base to floors including well compacting & laid to levels, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors & fixing of glass dividing strips & finishing the surface even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps,seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses,string courses,lacing courses,parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings,kneelers,apex stones,bed plates, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying machine pressed / factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block, 60mm thick with 6 mm thick top layers of anti abrasive material of M-35 grade with any colour, design & pattern, & size/ shape, as approved by GE as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including M&L 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine / factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade,at or near ground level, cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete or stone surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including M&L for single coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface Conduit Point wiring complete with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core FRLS cable 1100 volt grade, confirming IS 694 & colour code in conduit system of wiring, drawn through in and including non-metalic PVC concealed conduit of size 20 mm or med grade as required as site, fixed on surface of walls / columns / beam / tie beam etc by means of saddles and clips etc incl all conduit accessories / fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc of heavy grade, ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes of CI or 16 SWG pressed steel housing, totally concealed in walls with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet top cover, fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screws and sunk / cup washers, for mounting of switches, sockets fan regulators etc/Surface PVC Box (as per site requirement/directed at site) incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multi stranded copper conductor cables as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaries / fans etc at one end and to common earth dolly, suitable for One light/ fan/ bell Point controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19.00 here-in-above, but with using 4.0 Sq mm single core multistanded copper conductor cable(FRLS) including 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor(FRLS) for common earth wire for 6 pin 16 Amp socket outlet on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, Cool White, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, including taking down of old unserviceable light, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x x60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) wih top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal/hard/dense ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elevtrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test Each Point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion . Note : Rates are deemed to be included for necessary earth work , earth pit with RCC cover of size 300X300 x25 mm etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe in replacement, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting(not more than 3.5 mtr in width of road) and excavation upto 60 cm below ground level and laying of 5 running mtr protection 40 mm dia GI pipe of medium grade and make good distrubuted suface by premix buitman sealed bag/salipach complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

S&F GI tubing , light grade of 40mm bore with fittings as in road crossings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand ( Tibba sand) in trenches for cushioning to PVC cable and punning to provide required cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying Un reinforced Precast concrete cable cover, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm , complete all as specified and directed.
